Our flagship after-school program brings weekly yoga and mindfulness directly to elementary schools through Community Education. Small groups, consistent educator, real relationships.

Make & Take: Calming Creations™

There is nothing else like this program in the Twin Cities. Kids design and build their own calming tools — sensory bottles, breathing kits, affirmation crafts — that they take home and actually use long after class ends.

A trauma-informed educator with a Child Psychology degree, TCI certification, Group Fitness credentials, and prior experience at Children's Minnesota's Child Life Department — Tara's approach is grounded in developmental science, creative practice, and genuine care for how children and families actually feel.
