Friday Farmers Market Yoga:
🌞 We had the best time leading this 45-minute yoga flow on Friday, August 23rd from 7:15 - 8 AM on the beautiful PLNT BSD / Anchor Coffee patio!
After our refreshing class, we indulged in a FREE delicious 100% plant-based wellness juice shot from PLNT BSD Smoothie Bowls & Bites.
Then, took a leisurely stroll through the White Bear Lake Farmers Market, featuring:

Come to learn about youth mental health strategies and ways to cope with stress and trauma from community mental health experts. This conference features a youth discussion panel, lunch, and outside activities.
This is a great opportunity for young people to learn about mental health and connect with others who are going through similar experiences.
