Global Trek Yoga Adventure for Kids (Ages 3–5)
🌍✈️ Embark on a Yoga Adventure Around the World! ✈️🌍
Join us for Global Trek Yoga & Mindfulness, a playful and imaginative journey where young explorers (ages 3–5) will “travel” to exciting destinations across the globe! Through engaging yoga poses, calming breaths, and creative movement, your child will experience the wonders of different cultures while nurturing their body and mind.
🦁 Roar like a lion on an African safari
🌊 Sail across oceans with boat pose
✈️ Fly to new lands in airplane pose
🎶 Dance to global rhythms in a cultural music yoga freeze game
🌞 Practice Sun Salutations as the sun rises across the world
✨ End with a peaceful global goodnight under a starry sky
Each child will receive a special yoga passport to document their journey! Plus, we’ll incorporate the beloved yoga story The ABC’s of Yoga for Kids Around the World for a magical storytelling experience.

Join us for our three week series of Winter Wellness with The Mindfulness Movement at the RCL Library, where serenity and smiles blend!
In our cozy yoga adventures, we’ll stretch into peaceful yoga poses, explore magical winter worlds with snowga stories, and unwind with soothing mindfulness meditations.

Friday Farmers Market Yoga:
🌞 We had the best time leading this 45-minute yoga flow on Friday, August 23rd from 7:15 - 8 AM on the beautiful PLNT BSD / Anchor Coffee patio!
After our refreshing class, we indulged in a FREE delicious 100% plant-based wellness juice shot from PLNT BSD Smoothie Bowls & Bites.
Then, took a leisurely stroll through the White Bear Lake Farmers Market, featuring:
🍓Honey, maple syrup, jams, and jellies
🍓Wild rice and natural cheeses
🍓Fresh meats and produce
🍓Farm-fresh eggs, fruits, and vegetables
🍓Fresh salmon, baked goods, and organic dog treats

Youth Healing Vessels Conference
Come to learn about youth mental health strategies and ways to cope with stress and trauma from community mental health experts. This conference features a youth discussion panel, lunch, and outside activities.
This is a great opportunity for young people to learn about mental health and connect with others who are going through similar experiences. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and want to help young people build the skills and strategies they need to take care of themselves.
