Join us for Family Yoga, a joyful and bonding experience designed for ages 3 - 8 years! Our Family Yoga classes offer a unique opportunity for parents, children, and even grandparents to come together on the mat, fostering connection and wellness for the whole family. In these fun and inclusive sessions, you'll explore a series of playful and accessible yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices that cater to both kids and adults.
