Kids Yoga Clubs – After-School Enrichment with a Purpose
Looking for a fun, engaging, and enriching after-school activity that goes beyond just keeping kids busy? Our Kids Yoga Clubs in partnership with Mounds View Community Education offer an exciting way for children to move, breathe, and grow—both physically and mentally.

Today’s kids face busy schedules, school stress, and screen time overload. Our after-school yoga and mindfulness classes help kids:
✅ Build strength, flexibility, and coordination through fun yoga flows
✅ Develop focus and emotional regulation with breathing techniques
✅ Cultivate confidence and self-awareness through mindful movement
✅ Learn teamwork and respect with group activities and games
✅ Have tons of fun while forming lifelong healthy habits! -
Unlike traditional after-school sports, Kids Yoga Club is designed to:
🌟 Include every child—no experience or special skills required
🌟 Encourage self-expression through creative movement and activities
🌟 Reduce anxiety and boost emotional well-being with mindfulness techniques
🌟 Foster resilience and a growth mindset through playful challenges -
👧 Grades: Open to elementary and middle school students
