A few of my favorite things

Yoga Teachers, this one is for you. My microphone changed the game for me. It allowed me to take care of my voice the same way I take care of my body and mind, with purposeful action. As a teacher who is teaching 7 to 10 classes a day, the biggest toll I noticed was the strain on my voice. Especially as someone who works with 25 kids at a time in a busy elementary school classroom. Teaching Yoga Sculpt also has it’s negative impact on the vocal cords as us teachers get carried away cheering on and motivating our students to upbeat tracks. And there’s wrong with that!

I noticed the studio I work for provided microphones that just didn’t do the trick. They we’re still connected to cords and had to be carried at the hip. This led to limitations in my teaching strategies, as I felt like I didn’t have free range of motion. So I’m sharing one of my best kept secrets - https://amzn.to/3vK8K5N it’s Bluetooth!

You’re probably also going to want to carry it without breaking it. Speaking from experience I have dropped my poor mic down the stairs one too many times, and I wouldn’t recommend that. This little case is stylish, compact and is easy to find in the depths of your yoga bag. When your water bottle leaks all over the place, you can take a sigh of relief knowing your mic is safe and sound. Plus you can customize it with your own cute stickers. https://amzn.to/3O2uD6R

Your voice and your students will thank you.
