Spring HELLO!
Spring can be an exciting time for us all. As the days begin lengthening, the flowers start to bloom, and life starts buzzing again - a sense of awakening naturally occurs.
We often think of January as the month to set our intentions, but this often times goes against our internal clock. In fact, spring is the time when planting seeds is best. Not to force ourselves into different routines, but rather invite our bodies and minds to awaken with the environment that surrounds us.
Through living more intentionally we create clarity surrounding what we want to plant in the coming months ahead.
